Chat folders keep your conversations organized, for example by project, campaign, or channel. You find them under Chats in the left navigation. Folders work across all your Brand Profiles.
Create a folder
Next to Chats, click the New folder icon. The number next to a folder shows how many chats it holds.
Move a chat into a folder
You have two options:
Use the menu: click the three dots next to a chat, choose Move to folder, and pick a folder.
Use drag and drop: drag the chat onto a folder.
Rename and sort folders
Rename a folder: click the three dots next to the folder and choose Rename.
Sort your folders: drag a folder to a new position, for example to keep your most important one at the top.
Delete a folder
Click the three dots next to the folder, choose Delete folder, and confirm.
Your chats are not deleted. All chats in the folder move back to Recent.
Rename or delete a chat
Click the three dots next to a chat and choose Rename or Delete.
Search your chats
Use Search chats above your folders. The search looks at chat titles and folder names, not at the content of your chats.
Common issues
You cannot find a chat with the search: search for a word from its title or the name of its folder. Words that only appear inside the chat are not found.
A chat disappeared after you deleted a folder: look under Recent. Chats from a deleted folder move back there.
Tips
Rename important chats so you can find them quickly with the search.
Start with a few broad folders, such as your main campaigns or channels, and add more when you need them.
