Brand Kit: make your images look like your brand

How to add your logos, colours, and fonts to your Brand Kit, how Jose uses them in your images, and what happens if you leave it empty.

Your Brand Kit holds the visual basics of your brand: logos, colours, and fonts. Jose, your Graphic Design Agent, uses it to create images in your corporate design. It is available on every plan, including trials, and each Brand Profile has its own Brand Kit.

Your Brand Kit starts empty. You fill it in manually. Logos, colours, and fonts are not copied over automatically from your website or files.

Before you begin

The Brand Kit is the last section of your Brand Profile form. It only appears once a first version of the profile exists, so you will not see it while creating a new Brand Profile.

Set up your Brand Kit

Open the Brand Profile switcher
In the top-left corner, click the brand toggle showing your active profile name. A Select a Brand Profile panel opens.

Open the profile for editing
Click the pencil (edit) icon next to the profile. The editor opens under the heading Manage Your Profile's Data.

Scroll to the bottom of the form
Your Brand Kit sits right above the Update Brand Profile button. It has no heading of its own. Look for the sections Logos, Colours, and Fonts.

Add your logos, colours, and fonts
Every field is optional, so you can start with only part of your Brand Kit.

Save your changes
Click Update Brand Profile at the bottom. Saving your Brand Kit does not regenerate your Brand Profile.

Logos

Upload each logo to the field that matches its colour:

  • Light: your light logo

  • Dark: your dark logo

  • Icon light: your light icon

  • Icon dark: your dark icon

After you upload a logo, the field changes its background so the logo stays visible.

Logos with a transparent background work best, so ideally upload yours as SVG or PNG. SVG files are converted to PNG automatically. Other common image formats are accepted too.

Colours

Click Add colour for each brand colour, then enter it as a HEX, RGB, HSL, or CMYK value.

The order is the weighting, and the first colour is dominant. Drag a colour to change its position, or click the trash icon to remove it.

You can give each colour one or more usages. Click Add usage and pick a suggestion, such as Accents, Headlines, or Text, or type your own. If you do not set a usage, the order of your colours decides.

Fonts

Choose one font for Heading and one for Body from Google Fonts. You cannot upload your own font files because of the license terms of individual fonts. If your brand font is not available, pick the closest match.

How Jose uses your Brand Kit

All agents know your Brand Kit, but image requests always go to Jose.

  • Logo and text: Jose places your original logo and text in your brand fonts on top of the image. The image AI no longer draws text or logos itself, so you get no distorted letters or imitation logos.

  • Logo or icon: Ads get the full logo, shareable content such as quote cards or infographics gets the icon, and editorial images get neither. Just tell Jose if you want something different.

  • Colours: Jose uses your main, secondary, and accent colours deliberately.

  • Readability: Jose measures whether text stands out enough from the background and fixes it himself, for example by adding a shape behind the text. He then checks the finished image and makes up to two more corrections if needed.

  • Channel formats: Images come in the exact pixel size and file type the channel requires, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or your blog.

  • Image templates: Jose works with fixed templates, including photo, illustration, banner, YouTube thumbnail, video cover, infographic, quote card, product image, text only, meme, and carousel.

Change and reuse your images

  • Make changes: When you ask for something like "make the logo bigger", Jose rebuilds the image cleanly from the original instead of adding another layer.

  • Change the format: Ask for "the same again for Facebook" and Jose crops the image to fit and places the logo and text again. If too much would be cut off, he asks whether to recompose it or create a new image.

  • Use existing images: Jose can add your logo and text to images from the chat or your Media Library.

  • Find every version: The chat shows the finished image. All versions stay in your Media Library.

If your Brand Kit is empty

Jose still creates images for you:

  • With a website in your Brand Profile: Jose takes screenshots of your website to read your brand's style.

  • Without a website: Jose creates the image as before, without a visual reference.

In both cases, you can give Jose a URL in the chat or an image to use as a reference. Upload it directly in the chat, choose one from your Media Library, or mention the name of an image in your Media Library.

The more of your Brand Kit you fill in, the closer Jose's images get to your corporate design.

Brand Assets in your Media Library

Logos you upload to your Brand Kit are saved as Brand Assets in your Media Library. To find them, open Media and use Filter. If you try to delete a Brand Asset, you will see a warning first.

Common issues

You cannot find the Brand Kit: it sits at the very bottom of the Brand Profile form and has no heading of its own. It does not appear while you create a new Brand Profile. Create the profile first, then open it for editing with the pencil icon.

The Update Brand Profile button stays greyed out: it only activates after a change. Edit a field, then save.

Your logo is hard to see in its field: it is probably in the wrong one. Light logos belong in Light and Icon light, dark logos in Dark and Icon dark.

Your image has no logo: Jose decides based on the type of image, and editorial images get no logo by default. Ask for one in the chat.

Your logo has a background: the file probably includes one. Upload it as an SVG or PNG with a transparent background.

Your brand font is missing: only Google Fonts are available. Pick the closest match.

Tips

  • Add both logo versions, so Jose has one that fits light and dark backgrounds.

  • If you run several brands or clients, set up a Brand Kit for each Brand Profile.

  • Keep your Brand Kit up to date when your logo, colours, or fonts change.
