How the free trial works, what your subscription includes, accepted payment methods, and how cancellation and renewals work.

Here is how your plan, trial, and billing work, and where to manage them.
The free trial
Whaaat AI starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to all agents. You enter a payment method to begin the trial, but nothing is charged during it, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
What your subscription includes
One flat monthly subscription gives you unlimited use of all agents, access to pro-level AI models, brand voices, and ongoing product updates. Some plans include our Auto-Posting feature, where agents fully automate publishing your scheduled content. For the current price, see the pricing page or the checkout screen; the price shown there is always up to date.
Payment methods
Payments are handled securely through Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Amazon Pay, and Link is supported for faster checkout. Your billing details, including your address, are used to apply VAT where it applies.
Discount Codes
You’ve received a Discount Code? Congrats, you can apply it upon checkout via Stripe. Look for the “Add Discount Code” box on the left hand side, right below the sub-total.
Managing your subscription
Open Billing from the workspace menu at the bottom-left to manage your subscription and payment method.
Cancelling
There is no lock-in. You can cancel anytime via Billing in your settings.
Common questions
Am I charged during the trial? No. The trial is free, and the amount due to start is 0. Billing begins after the trial unless you cancel.
How do I cancel? Open Billing from the workspace menu and manage your subscription there.
Which currencies and taxes apply? Your billing address determines VAT; the checkout screen shows the exact total for your location.
