Betty, your personal analytics agent
How to ask Betty about your post performance, what she can analyse beyond the Analytics dashboard, and how to get useful answers from her.

The Analytics dashboard shows what happened with your posts. Betty, your Chief Marketing Agent, explains why it happened and what to do next. She reads the real statistics of the posts you published through Whaaat AI and turns them into concrete recommendations for your next content.
Betty only sees posts published through Whaaat AI. She works with the same data as the dashboard: posts published with Publish now or Auto-post. Remind me posts and posts you publish directly on a platform are outside her view.
Three ways to ask Betty
From the dashboard. At the bottom of the Analytics page, Ask Betty about these numbers offers three starting points: How did my posts perform?, Why did reach drop? and What should I post next?
In a chat with Betty. Click Chat with Betty on the Analytics page, or start a chat with her as usual, and ask your own question.
In a chat with any other agent. Ask Lin, Ines or any other agent about your numbers. They bring Betty in to analyse them, so you do not have to switch chats.
What Betty can do that the dashboard cannot
The dashboard has fixed time periods and shows all channels together. Betty can look at your statistics in other ways, for example:
Other time periods: "Which were my five best posts in the last 90 days?"
Channel comparisons: "How does LinkedIn compare with Instagram?"
Content patterns: "Which kinds of posts get the most engagement?"
Explanations: "Why did my interactions drop this month?"
Recommendations: "What should I post next week?"
Your other agents also know which types of posts performed well for you, so that knowledge is not limited to your chats with Betty.
How to get better answers
Be specific about the period and channel. "How did my Instagram posts perform in the last 60 days?" gets a sharper answer than "How am I doing?"
Ask why, then ask what next. Start with the cause of a change, then ask Betty what to do about it.
Give new posts time. Statistics arrive up to 3 hours after publishing and keep growing for days. A post published this morning cannot be judged yet.
Tell Betty your goal. Reach, engagement and conversations call for different content. Say which one matters to you right now.
What Betty's analysis is based on
Impressions: how often your posts were shown, as reported by each platform.
Interactions: likes + comments + shares.
Engagement rate: interactions ÷ impressions.
Statistics are fetched every 3 hours and each post is updated for 90 days after publishing. For the full definitions, see Analytics: see how your published posts perform.
Common issues
Betty says she has no data: nothing has been published through Whaaat AI yet, or only with Remind me. Publish a post with Publish now or Auto-post and ask again after the next fetch.
Betty does not mention a post I published: it was posted directly on the platform or with Remind me, or it was published less than 3 hours ago.
My LinkedIn posts are missing from her analysis: they went to a personal profile. Only LinkedIn Company Pages deliver statistics.
