Testing the various “Chat Actions” (the small icons below the Agent’s response") did not provide helpful results; Lin was unable to add emojis, change the tone or shorten the text…

    Thank you for your feedback. We have already developed a bug fix and will probably release it next week.

    The fix for all our chat quick actions is tested and deployed.
