Improved

At the beginning of the year, we embarked on a fresh start, for you, for us, for our beloved agents. The goal was clear: unify all conversations into a single view, so every interaction feels smoother and more consistent, no matter which agent you're working with.
Great idea. Solid plan. Slightly bumpy execution.
Marketing agents are specialists. Each one is built for a specific job, a specific platform, a specific type of content. But when they all live in separate silos, the experience starts to feel fragmented. You'd switch contexts, lose threads, and sometimes wonder if your agents were even aware of each other.
The unified conversation view was our answer to that. One place. All agents. One consistent flow.
Let's be honest: the first version of this had some rough edges.
When we brought all agents together under one roof, they didn't always play nicely. Collaboration between agents had hiccups. Handoffs got messy. Some agents would step on each other's outputs, others would go a bit quiet when they should have been contributing. It was a bit like putting together an all-star team and realizing they'd never actually practiced together.
We heard your feedback. We saw the friction. And we got to work.
We've spent the past months tightening up how agents communicate, coordinate, and collaborate inside the unified view. Here's what's improved:
Agent coordination is now much more reliable. Agents pass context to each other correctly, so nothing gets lost between steps.
No more conflicting outputs. When multiple agents are involved in a task, they now work in sequence and in sync, not against each other.
The unified view is stable. Conversations load consistently, history is preserved, and switching between agents mid-task no longer causes unexpected resets.
The team feels like a team. Each agent still does its specialized job, but now they do it as part of a coordinated workflow rather than as isolated performers.
